This month, we are excited to announce a major step forward in the future of inspection reporting: the private beta of Eneris AI.

What's new

We are officially rolling out the private beta of Eneris AI. This new suite of intelligent tools is designed to seamlessly integrate into your existing Eneris workflow, helping you draft reports faster and more efficiently than ever before. Rather than a full public release, we are currently in a closed beta phase to rigorously test and refine these features.

Why it matters

Faster reporting — Cut down on the hours spent manually typing descriptions and synthesizing inspection data

Inspector-driven development — By testing in a private beta, we ensure the final product is built around the real-world needs of home inspectors

Seamless integration — Future AI tools will be built directly into the platform, requiring no third-party extensions

Working with inspectors

To make sure Eneris AI truly makes your job easier, we are currently working closely with a select group of inspectors. These early testers are using Eneris AI in the field, providing us with hands-on feedback. This collaborative process allows us to fine-tune the AI's accuracy, responsiveness, and overall value before bringing it to the wider Eneris community.
