Product Updates: September 2026 (Part II)
Sep 8, 2026

In Part I we covered the report itself: how it looks, what it opens with, and how your photos get into it. This half is about everything around the report. Email Templates change how you talk to clients, three new pages cover the business side of your practice, and a two-way connection to Inspection Support Network keeps your scheduling in sync.
To learn more about each feature, see below.
Email Templates
What’s new
Every email Eneris sends on your behalf can now come from a template you wrote. Rather than retyping the same message each time you deliver a report or ask for a signature, you write it once and Eneris fills in the client’s name, the property address, the service date, and the totals as the email goes out.
Templates cover five kinds of email: share a report, share an invoice, request a signature, share a service agreement, and a general send email. Any template can be the automatic default for its type, and templates are shared team-wide, so every inspector sends the same polished note. Six ready-made ones are included: Booking confirmation, Report delivery, Invoice, Signature request, Service agreement, and Review request. Start from one of those, edit it to sound like you, and it is ready for the next job.
Why it matters
Stop rewriting the same email: Write your report delivery note once and it goes out on every job with the details filled in
Consistent voice across the team: Everyone sends the same message under the same signature
A signature that looks like your business: Add your business logo and portrait

Running Your Business
Reporting is the core of Eneris, and the work around it matters too: who you have worked with, what has been paid, and how the year is going. We have added new ways to answer some of these questions.
Contacts
Your contacts used to live inside individual inspections. Now a Contacts page holds everyone your team has worked with, from buyers and sellers to agents, owners, and property managers, filled in automatically from your inspections so the address book builds itself as you work.
Filter by role, search by name, and sort by name or inspection count to see who sends you the most work. Select a contact to see which inspections they were on. The page is shared, so an agent one inspector worked with last spring is already there for the next referral, and you can email a contact straight from the list using the templates above.
To learn more, see the Contacts documentation.
Invoices
Invoicing has been in Eneris for a while, one inspection at a time. The new Invoices page pulls the whole team’s billing into one place, with tabs for Invoices, Payments, and Pricing items. Filter by All, Unpaid, or Paid, narrow to a date range, or look at one team member’s invoices.
From any row you can share by email, collect payment, mark an invoice paid when it came in as cash or a check, or open the PDF. Export to CSV when you need the numbers elsewhere.
To learn more, see the Invoicing and payment collection documentation.
Metrics
The Metrics page answers two questions quickly: how many inspections you have done, and how much you have invoiced. Pick a range and you get both headline numbers plus charts of how they moved. Admins and Schedulers can also narrow the page to a single team member, which makes it quick to see how a busy season is landing across the team.
ISN Integration
If your scheduling runs through Inspection Support Network (ISN), Eneris now talks to it in both directions. Scheduled ISN orders import automatically as inspections with a form already created from your template, so the job is waiting for you instead of being typed in twice. When you publish the report, Eneris registers the link back on the matching ISN order, keeping your ISN record complete without a copy and paste.
Connecting the two is a one-time job for an Admin or Scheduler, and the documentation walks through it end to end. Once it is set up, orders come across on their own and you can trigger a sync yourself any time you want the latest.
To learn more, see the ISN documentation.
